Attendance
Is this the final RSVP?
No. This early response just tells us whether you're planning to make the trip so we can plan seats and rooms. We'll reach back out closer to the wedding for final details including meals, transportation and event confirmations.
What if I say yes now and my plans change?
We completely understand — international plans shift. Just update your response through your invitation link, or let us know directly, as soon as you can.
What if we can't make it to Ireland?
We completely understand — traveling internationally is a significant commitment. Bethany and Austin are also planning smaller celebrations in Canada and Florida, with additional details coming soon. Invitations and details for those gatherings will be shared separately.
What if I'm unsure?
Choose "We need a little more time." We'll keep your places reserved for now and check back with you before our next planning deadline.
When is the final RSVP?
The formal RSVP date hasn't been set yet — likely spring or early summer 2027. We'll post it here and reach out directly.

Can we stay at Cliff at Lyons?
The estate has a limited number of rooms, suites and cottages. Availability will be provided to invited guests — details on the Where to Stay page as they're confirmed.
Are rooms guaranteed?
On-site rooms are limited, so we can't guarantee one for every party. We'll share how rooms are being handled directly with invited guests.

Flights
Which airport should we fly into?
Dublin Airport (DUB). It's the closest major airport to Cliff at Lyons.
When should we book flights?
Once you know you're coming, sooner is generally better for August travel to Ireland. We'll share guidance and estimate updates on the Plan Your Trip page.
How much are flights?
It changes constantly — see the flight estimates on the Plan Your Trip page. Those figures are planning estimates only, not guaranteed fares.

Ireland
What weather should we expect?
August in Ireland is generally mild, with temperatures often in the 60s°F (15–20°C) and a real chance of rain any day. Bring layers and a rain jacket — details in the Ireland guide.
Passports
Do I need a passport?
Yes — a valid passport is required to enter Ireland. Many countries also recommend at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates. Please verify current requirements with your government's official travel site before booking.
What are current entry requirements?
Entry requirements can change. Please check official sources close to your travel dates — for US citizens, travel.state.gov; for Canadian citizens, travel.gc.ca; and Ireland's official information at irishimmigration.ie.

Your invitation shows the number of places reserved for your party. If you have a question about your party, just reach out to us directly.

Transportation
Do we need a rental car?
It depends on your plans. Details coming soon on the Plan Your Trip page — including driving-in-Ireland tips if you do rent.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation information will be updated here once arrangements are finalized.
Travel
When should we arrive?
At minimum, arrive Saturday for the Sunday wedding and depart Monday or Tuesday. If you can, come earlier or stay longer and make a real trip of it — see Plan Your Trip.
Can we extend our stay?
Absolutely — Ireland is worth it. The Plan Your Trip page has sample itineraries from a long weekend to a full Ireland trip.
How much should we budget?
It depends on where you're flying from, where you stay and how long you make the trip. The Plan Your Trip page gathers estimates in one place.
